At Glowzaa, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective products
  • Incorrect items received

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and personal-care safety standards, opened or used beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before shipment confirmation.
